this is the first time im blogging on any website but i feel as tho this is the best one to possibly get a few answers...i recently realized tht i pms before i get my period. the symptons last about 10 days before the first sight of blood then the cramps and every other pain follows...but i was wondering id love if someone had advice on how to control or even stop the mood swings and emotion tendencies to come with my pms symptoms?
