sexie aime, That's razor burn and other than applying a moisturizing cream there's nothing much can be done. I use a battery operated trimmer for my pubic region and have not experienced any burning or itching. The trimmer does everything the razo does but without causing itching or reddness. Try a Norelco Body Grommer and let us know what you think... I'm sure you'll be pleased by the results.

If you completely remove ALL your pubic hair, you do not need stuff like Nair. Remove it yourself, have it waxed or have someone help you remove it. Then whenever you shave your legs or underarms, shave your pubic area as well. Takes very little time. I feel so much cleaner and cooler with no hair, especially during my period.

Nair is something that you definitely DO NOT want to use in the bikini area. Even the directions state this. Nair chemically burns the hair away so if you get any betweeen your lower lips you may have to go to a hospital. So please do not use it there. I use a body trimmer made by Norelco that dos a fantastic job on my legs, underarms and bikini area. I would highly recommend it!!!!

I'm pretty sure the directions say which part of the body you can use it on. They call the pubic area the bikini line or bikini area, and I think that is one of the area you aren't suppose to use hair remover in.

I switched to Veet hair remover last year and to me it smells better, doesn't burn, and moisturizes well. I was going to try it on my bikini line, but just becareful of the more sensitive private region.

A lot of people are allergic to Nair. It can causes rashes and can even burn your skin especially if it's sensitive.
